The Gadget expert Jon Bentley got his teeth sunk into Cowon's J3 in The Gadget Shows online 'Web TV 94 Cowon J3 & Headphone buyers guide'.
"Do they(Cowon) manage to keep the bar still raised? Or do they fail where they have previously succeeded."
After testing the J3's audio ability through Shures SE535's he goes on to describe the audio quality in the most positive manner..."brilliant...bright and detailed but at the same time very natural...Significantly better, i think, than the iPod touch 2nd and 3rd gen".
Full of praise Jon continues to describe the J3 as having a "great screen" and a being a "relief" breaking away from iTunes. Jon's concluding statement says it all...
"Overall this is one of the best sounding and most desirable music players you can buy!"
