New Docks For Your New Ipod's!

Share Have you managed to grab yourself a new iPod? Even if you haven't theres a couple of fantastic docking stations new to AMP3.

The Sony X80 - We seen this product in Andy's AMP3 TV review not long ago, What was the outcome??? Fantastic! With an explosion of sound this docking system won't cease to impress you, the audio reproduction of this system is simply fantastic. Hands free control via the handy remote and sound that rivals the Bose Sound Dock!

Well worth a look (see the Sony X80 here).

"The Sony’s sound quality is fabulous. Coldplay’s Parachutes is reproduced with hearty bass tones and crisp, tuneful guitar licks, while Chris Martin’s voice is clear and full of body. Try turning it up loud and it copes well at high volumes, filling the room with sound and steadfastly refusing to distort."

Yamaha's PDX-50

Not quite wanting to go all out and splash the cash for the Sony Dock - Yamaha have a docking system that is based on convenience of use! Yamaha's PDX50 is a wireless option that gives you the convenience of using your own iPod as a remote! This handy system lets you place your Yamaha PDX speaker anywhere you want and control it from the comfort of your couch using your very own iPod and the supplied dongle attatchment. This is a very clever system that even turns off when there is no signal from your iPod!

Check it out at AMP3 (see Yamaha PDX50 here).
"Part of a new 'Desktop Audio' range from Yamaha, it uses AirWired technology to transmit the signal losslessly; this combines with a capable amp and driver arrangement to create an impressive musical performance."
